Jo-Anne has a broad base of marketing experience that includes database marketing, customer relationship management programs and advertising. Early in her career she worked as an advertising agency account person for clients such as Fidelity Investments, Cole-Haan, TJ Maxx and Freixenet (sparking wine). As Vice President Management Supervisor at Ingalls Quinn and Johnson, Jo-Anne managed strategic marketing partnerships on behalf of MCI with companies such as American Express, Continental Airlines and Radisson Hotels. More recently, Jo-Anne worked at PreVision Marketing as Senior Director where she ran three of the companies key accounts: Things Remembered (the national catalog marketer and retail chain), Stride Rite and Clairol. For each of these businesses, she oversaw the customer marketing database, developed CRM programs, and supervised all direct marketing activities.

Now, as a consultant, Jo-Anne continues to work with business-to-business and consumer clients such as Keurig Inc, (coffee systems for the office, food service and home markets), AmAsia International Ltd (leading women's footwear company), Aquarius Productions (producer and distributor of heath care videos for the medical community and educational institutions) and Be Well! Tanger Center for Health Management at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Jo-Anne works with her clients to analyze past programs, understand market conditions, identify opportunities, develop communications and program strategies, and implement programs in the most cost-effective manner possible. Jo-Anne works with her clients' internal resources, and when necessary, hires and manages the appropriate external teams.
